As the founder of IT Chain, Christoph Ludin is the driving force in the company. He has been Managing Director of the IT service provider IT Chain GmbH and Simon Hegele Logistik und Service mbH for more than 20 years. Since 2017 he is a shareholder and is responsible for the expansion of customer relationships in the pharmaceutical, industrial and retail sectors.
Since the founding of IT Chain, we have been driven by one thing in particular: We want to consistently develop our service portfolio for our customers in a cooperative partnership."
Commercial management
Mike Schimke is a passionate businessman. He has been with the Simon Hegele Group for 20 years and has been active in the IT Chain as a manager for ten years. With the power of representation and many years of experience in the banking sector, he there manages and is responsible for all commercial and personnel issues.

Head of Sales
Taking on management tasks in logistics has been in Björn Kaiser's blood for over 15 years. The qualified banker and business economist has been contributing his expertise to the IT chain and the Simon Hegele Group for 20 years in a wide variety of roles. He is also an honorary lecturer at the DHBW Mannheim in the field of logistics and on various committees of the Karlsruhe Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In 2023, he took over as Head of Sales for the Simon Hegele Group's Pharma, Industry and Trade sector and thus also for the IT Chain.

Having joined the Simon Hegele Group in 2022, Philip Schulz quickly realized that he could contribute his expertise in logistics management and customer service to IT Chain in a targeted manner. With his passion and responsibility for the quality and performance of logistics processes, he optimizes existing processes at IT Chain GmbH and implements new processes for the benefit of customers. Since 2024, the former purchaser in a trading company has been Head of Logistics as the contact person for logistics issues of all kinds.
