Door2Door - Sustainable and flexible

By leasing separate 20,000 m² of logistics space within our own FC to our long-term partners Simon Hegele and IT Chain, we have taken a further step in our sustainability program L'Oréal for the Future. By eliminating road transports, the services of Simon Hegele and IT Chain can now be provided even faster and more flexibly, the transport-related CO2 emissions are eliminated and the partnership in the Door-2-Door business can be further expanded in an uncomplicated manner and with completely new possibilities thanks to the physical proximity.

Cooperation with the IT Chain Team has been characterized by professionalism and reliability from the very beginning. New projects are now running extremely efficiently and in partnership. IT Chain as a partner supports our brand ARTDECO to be successful at the PoS.

We can look back on more than 20 years of cooperation with Simon Hegele. Over the last 10 years, I myself have been able to carry out one or two projects in the area of store image rollout with our partner IT Chain. Through years of cooperation, IT Chain knows what is important to us. The knowledge of the processes in the stores helps to deal with challenges at one point or another. During this time we have grown together. And not just in terms of our store network, which has grown by over 1,000 stores during the time we've worked together. But in particular, the partnership has grown. With an increasing depth of service, Simon Hegele and IT Chain are taking on more than just logistics processes around counter roll-outs, for example. Both in day-to-day business and in project business, Simon Hegele and the IT Chain demonstrate time and again that they are scalable, flexible and particularly close to the market.
