Simon Hegele is responding to the growing demand in the distribution of pharmaceutical products and will be upgrading its locations in Karlsruhe and Frankfurt/Raunheim accordingly.
The project includes the conversion of existing facilities, significant investments in the technical infrastructure for pharmaceutical products, approvals in accordance with GxP, and the recruitment of approximately 200 employees over the next 12 months.
The first customer contracts have been signed and project preparations are already in full swing, this means that Simon Hegele will start operations already during the first half of 2022.
"The storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products are subject to high regulations" Stefan Ulrich, CEO of the Simon Hegele Group stated. "Our distribution centers in Karlsruhe and Frankfurt/Raunheim will be geared to these specific challenges and our experienced teams will ensure that our pharmaceutical customers can focus entirely on their core competencies and thus, that we will together make a societal contribution to the well-being of many patients!"
